Unfortunately we have decided to close our chat server.

The server was always supposed to be a place for users to communicate and offer support to one another, however it has become clear to us that many users were seeking it out to get support and assuming chat was the main support channel, despite notices on the server saying the opposite.

We do not want users to think that we're not supplying the level of support that you expect, therefore we have decided that it will be much simpler for us to provide support through a single channel (our dedicated support system).
